I also grew up hearing I would never amount to anything. So that replay has dug its roots deep into my thoughts and actions.
Through my recent cancer diagnosis, I began to reflect on life, as most would do in that situation.
Looking back, He has been with me through more than a normal human should have to go through. I am reminded of small glimpses into God making a way, while I was wondering why I have such an unusual life.

Not only can I look back and see how He was making a way, I am committed to looking for him everyday now.
